A helpful guide to Pitching Up

You must Pitch between the two white posts.

All Caravans must pitch with tow ball to the road, and this includes continental caravans, this is due to fire regulations. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/fire-safety-outdoors. Leave at least 1 meter beside the caravan for your water and waste containers.

Motorhomes & Campervans & Roof Tents, leave something on your pitch if you go out, to show it’s in use.

We work like a car park here at Pitton Cross, if it’s empty, it’s vacant.

Make sure your pitch marker is displayed on the numbered pitch as this helps us when we are out and about.

We do not have full-service pitches.

Tents: Please make sure that your guidelines do not encroach onto a neighbour’s pitch, even if you are part of a group.

Cars: Please Park cars near the roadside of the pitch, parking parallel to the road, this is to ensure that pitches stay in  good condition for the next guest.

Do not park at the back of any pitch.
