will be unhappy,and we like the grounds to be kept in the best condition as possible for our customers

We are closed between the 15th of December and 30th of December due to site maintenance.
The site will then reopen on the 31st of December 2023 to bring in the New Year.
All bookings for the winter period are hard standings only.

With Summer finally coming to an end and the children returning back to school next week, spaces are available for all pitch types.
Plenty of places to walk to from the site, pop into Rhossili Church and see the memorial window to Petty Officer Edgar Evans who was born in Rhossili.
He died along with Captain Scott on the ill-fated journey to the Antarctic to get to the South Pole.

Tents are also able to book, however the pitches are being booked up quickly.
There is a minimum of 3 nights from Thursdays to Saturdays and a minimum of 2 nights from Sundays to Wednesdays.

After the Welsh Government’s statement on Friday 10th July we have reviewed all the guidleines.
We are pleased to say that we will be able to take tents, trailer tents and camper-vans.
From the 25th July 2020 our shared facilities will reopen but we will still have social distancing in these and in our shop.
Pre booking is advisable, using our online booking system is live now to book your stay from the 25th July.

Pitton Cross is a small well-spaced out park, we are limiting our bookings to hardstanding only at the moment.

A service was held on Wednesday, 17th February 2016 to dedicate a window in memory of Edgar Evans, (7th March 1876 – 17th February 1912), polar explorer and member of the British Antarctic Expedition.
The window was designed and created by Anne Clarkson and was gifted by her to St Mary’s Church; the design in hues of blue, grey, black and white, depicts two figures standing above a crevasse and looking into the black abyss of the bleak inhospitable terrain of the Antarctic.
