- Shop and reception accessible via ramp and wide doorway with sill.
- The whole site slopes gently away from the main entrance but is effectively quite level.
- Touring pitches have a mix of grass and hard standings, and space for one car parked next to the caravan.
- Tent pitches are grass and have parking for one car next to the tent.
- Shower & toilet block has ramped access. Ladies and gents toilets have 1 wider cubicle with grab rail
- Separate purpose built unisex room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin with grab rails.
- Access roads on the campsite are stone tracks with an uneven surface.
- Public payphone via wide doorway with sill and poor mobile phone coverage apart from Vodaphone at the time of writing.
- Car parking close to shop and facilities with no designated bays for wheelchair users.
- Guide dogs welcome.
- Ramped access to shop and toilet and shower block.
- Launderette - is accessible by 2 steps via covered dish washing area. With seating available.

Do Follow the MARKED PATHS if walking to the beach.
Do Keep disposable barbecues OFF the ground & picnic benches – No OPEN Fires, Charcoal only.
Do Be aware of children on bikes.
Do Pitch BETWEEN the pitch markers.
Do Keep to the speed limit 5mph!!!!
Do Use dipped headlights at night.
Do Please leave all areas, as you would wish to find it.
Don’t Put HOT ashes or items in the bins.
Don’t Park caravans other than HITCH TO CENTRE OF FIELD – YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE
Don’t Allow children over 11yrs to use the play equipment.
Don’t Park in front of the bin’s enclosure at any time.
- There is a charge per night for each and every dog – See Price list.
- Dogs must on a lead at all times whilst on the campsite and adjoining fields.
- Dogs must only be exercised in the designated areas.
- You must CLEAN UP ANY FOULING after your dog(s) and place into the bins provided.
- More than 2 dogs per unit and certain breeds are accepted at our discretion.
- Dogs must not be left unattended on the campsite or in any vehicle.
By bringing your dog(s) onto the park you are deemed to accept these terms.
All bookings are taken on the conditions listed below.
Arrivals: -
All arrivals are to stop at Reception/Shop even if you are a group booking or meeting with friends.
If you arrive after you’re due arrival date.
You still cannot check in / pitch up until 1 pm on the day you arrive.
Late arrivals, by arrangement please.
Please park within the pitch markings, Caravans and Motor Homes tail to hedge.
Any deviation and you will be asked to move your tent, caravan or Motor home with the pitch boundaries.
General Booking Rules: - A booking will not be taken without a deposit or full payment.
A deposit of £40 per week, part of a week per pitch booked.
Online bookings require full payment.
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit or full payment.
Default on the deposit will invalidate the booking.
Deposits are non refundable and you are liable for the outstanding balance for the period booked.
Any Additional nights can be booked subject to availability.
Bookings of up to 4 nights are required to pay in full before arrival.
All bookings, within 14 days of arrival are required to pay in full.
All customers are asked to report to reception/shop on arrival.
We operate a Pay and Display system and customers are courteously reminded that payment is due on arrival at the park before going to a pitch.
Pitches are available from 1 pm on the day of your arrival.
All pitches are allocated on arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the park whether booked or not and to ask anyone to leave at our discretion. Refund of the appropriate proportion of fees paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of our liabilities.
Pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Whilst we endeavour to meet requests for specific pitches or to be with friends on adjoining pitches, these cannot be guaranteed and all bookings are taken on these terms.
Pup Tents: - Maximum of 2 children per pup tent under the age of 16yrs.
Maximum of 2 pup tents per pitch.
The pup tents must not exceed the size guide of 7 ft x 5 ft (213 cm x 152 cm). If this does exceed the size given then the pup tent will be charged at full price of a normal tent.
All bookings are taken on this basis and are at our discretion.
Over 50’s offer:- must be pre-booked at least one week in advance and is available for 7 nights or more during low and mid season, any over lap into peak season period will be charged at full tariff. The offer is restricted to 2 people over 50 years of age and 1 dog. Any additional dogs are charged normal fees.
Group Bookings: - Group Bookings are at our discretion.
Group bookings are required to pay a full deposit of £40 per pitch.
Confirm numbers of pitches and full payment required 14 days prior to arrival.
All Groups must stop at the shop before being shown down to the pitch, regardless of where their friends are.
Our cancellation policy is: -
14 days or less is loss of deposit and any other monies paid.
14 to 28 days is loss of deposit - plus 50% of the Remaining Balance paid or due.
Over 28 Days prior to arrival is loss of deposit only.
There is a cancellation fee of £20, if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date
plus any outstanding moneys.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance cover in the event of cancellation.
