- Shop and reception accessible via ramp and wide doorway with sill.
- The whole site slopes gently away from the main entrance but is effectively quite level.
- Touring pitches have a mix of grass and hard standings, and space for one car parked next to the caravan.
- Tent pitches are grass and have parking for one car next to the tent.
- Shower & toilet block has ramped access. Ladies and gents toilets have 1 wider cubicle with grab rail
- Separate purpose built unisex room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin with grab rails.
- Access roads on the campsite are stone tracks with an uneven surface.
- Public payphone via wide doorway with sill and poor mobile phone coverage apart from Vodaphone at the time of writing.
- Car parking close to shop and facilities with no designated bays for wheelchair users.
- Guide dogs welcome.
- Ramped access to shop and toilet and shower block.
- Launderette - is accessible by 2 steps via covered dish washing area. With seating available.
- Vacate the pitch by 11.00 a.m.

- Follow our KEEP LEFT system to maintain traffic flow
- Respect the quiet between 10pm and 8am rule, keep noise to a minimum – respect other Campers.
- Switch off your electric when not in.
- Wash out the shower cubicle after use, with the mop provided.
- Supervise your children in the play park at all times.
- Recycle where possible and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
- Follow the MARKED PATHS if walking to the beach.
- Keep disposable barbecues OFF the ground & picnic benches – No OPEN Fires, Charcoal only.
- Be aware of children on bikes.
- Pitch BETWEEN the pitch markers.
- Keep to the speed limit 5mph!!!!
- Use dipped headlights at night.
- Please leave all areas, as you would wish to find it.
- Put HOT ashes or items in the bins.
- Park caravans other than HITCH TO CENTRE OF FIELD – YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE
- Allow children over 11yrs to use the play equipment.
- Park in front of the bin’s enclosure at any time.
- There is a charge per night for each and every dog – See Price list.
- Dogs must on a lead at all times whilst on the campsite and adjoining fields.
- Dogs must only be exercised in the designated areas.
- You must CLEAN UP ANY FOULING after your dog(s) and place into the bins provided.
- More than 2 dogs per unit and certain breeds are accepted at our discretion.
By bringing your dog(s) onto the park you are deemed to accept these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the park whether booked or not and to ask anyone to leave at our discretion. Refund of the appropriate proportion of fees paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of our liabilities.
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit, default on the deposit will invalidate the booking.
Deposits are non refundable and you are liable for the outstanding balance for the period booked. Additional nights can be booked subject to availability.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days in writing with loss of deposit and or any other moneys paid subject to us re-letting the pitch.
There is a £20 cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date plus any outstanding moneys.
We operate a Pay and Display system and customers are courteously reminded that payment is due on arrival at the park.
Pitches are available from 1 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Over 50’s/60’s offer must be pre-booked at least one week in advance and is available for 7 nights or more during low and mid season, any over lap into peak season period will be charged at full tariff. The offer is restricted to 2 people over 50/60 years of age and 1 dog.
