We cannot guarantee adjacent pitches.
1 Pitch = 1 Tent, Caravan or Motor Home. Please book the number of pitches you require.

All customers are asked to report to Reception/Shop on arrival. Pitches are available from 1p.m. and latest arrival is 9p.m. on the day of arrival. Pitches must be vacated by 11a.m. on the day of departure. Unless by prior arrangement.
There is a minimum of 2 nights on all weekends – Mid Season. During high season - there is a minimum of 3 nights.
Less than 30 days before arrival, is loss of all monies paid. (No refunds).
Over 30 days prior to arrival, is loss of deposit only.
A deposit equates to £50 per week, per pitch booked.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance cover in the event of cancellation.
Please note deposits are not refundable (NO REFUNDS Due to weather)
All dogs must be on a lead at all times even at your pitch and kept under control. There is a charge per night for each and every dog that you bring. Please notify us if there are more than 2 dogs per unit. Certain breeds are accepted at our discretion. All fouling must be picked up and disposed of appropriately in the bins provided. Dogs must not be left unattended whilst on site or in any vehicle. No dogs in the play park please.

Pitching Up Guide
Please pitch between the 2 White Posts. Caravans pitch with tow ball to the road leaving at least 1 meter besides the caravan for water and waste containers. Motor-homes & Campervans please leave something on your pitch if you go out, to show it’s in use. We work like a car park, if it’s empty, it’s vacant.
Our Camping Terminology
We charge by the berth size of the tent, not per person.
1 berth tent is a 1 man/person tent, for 1 person.
2-3 berth tent is a 2-3 man/person tent, max 3 people.
4-6 berth tent is a 4-6 man tent/person, max 6 people.
7-10 berth tent is a 7-10 man/person tent, max 10 people.
**Shelter tents, Utility tents, and Gazebo (with or without sides) are classed as the same thing. Max size 3m x 3m
***Pup Tents: maximum of 2 children per pup tent, under the age of 15 yrs. Maximum of 2 pup tents per pitch. The pup tents must not exceed the size guide of 7 ft x 5 ft (213 cm x 152 cm). If they do exceed the size given then the pup tent will be charged at full price of a normal tent.
General Booking Rules
All bookings are taken on these conditions listed above and below.
A booking will not be taken without a deposit or full payment. A deposit of £50 per week, part of a week for each pitch booked during low and mid-season only. There is a minimum of 2 nights on all weekends during mid-season. During high season - there is a minimum of 3 nights. High season, online bookings and bookings within 14 days of arrival are required to pay in full. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit or full payment. Default on the deposit will invalidate the booking. Deposits are non- refundable and you are liable for the outstanding balance for the period booked. Any additional nights can be booked subject to availability.
Only one pitch at a time can be booked online, if you need to book more than one pitch please telephone our reception on 01792 390593. Full payment is required at time of booking.
All pitches are allocated on arrival. All arrivals are to stop at Reception/Shop, even if you are a group booking, or meeting with friends. Pitches are available from 1p.m. and latest arrival is 9 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after your due arrival date, you still cannot check in or pitch up until 1p.m. on the day you arrive. Pitches must be vacated by 11a.m. on the day of departure. Please park within the pitch markings. Caravans must pitch tail to hedge. Any deviation and you will be asked to move your tent, caravan or Motor home within the pitch boundaries.
Please ensure that you display your car stickers and tent tags clearly at all times. We cannot guarantee adjacent pitches. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the park whether booked or not and to ask anyone to leave at our discretion. Refund of the appropriate proportion of fees paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of our liabilities.
Group Bookings are at our discretion. Confirm numbers of pitches and full payment required at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee adjacent pitches as all pitches are allocated on arrival. All Groups must stop at the Reception/Shop before being shown down to the pitch, regardless of where their friends are.
Please switch off your engines when stationary. Keep noise to a minimum and always respect other Campers. Please respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. The speed limit on site is 5mph. Please use dipped headlights at night. Be aware of children on bikes. All children must be supervised whilst playing in the play park.
Help us to “Recycle” where possible and place all rubbish and recyclable items in the appropriate bins. When walking on site or on the Gower, please follow marked footpaths and make sure you leave gates as you find them and follow The Countryside Code.
All BBQ’s must be Charcoal or Gas burning only, OPEN Fires and fire logs are not permitted. Disposable barbecues must be off the ground and not put on picnic benches. On your day of departure please leave all areas, as you would wish to find it. Please remove any bricks, stones, pebbles left on the grass.
Please don’t put HOT ashes or BBQ’s in the bins. Please do not park in front of the bin areas, to allow for easy access. The play equipment is for children under the age of 14 years. The play park closes at 9pm or dusk whichever comes first. Please do not park under the shop window, Thank you.
