Rain or shine at the Gower Heritage Centre, There is always an event on Christmas with Santa in the Summer and Pirate or Viking Week in the Summer.
Gower Show
The annual Gower Show traditionally takes place on the first Sunday in August. A very traditional agricultural show and a chance for local farmers to get together and bring along examples of their best stock, including cattle, sheep, pigs and piglets. The local farmers also enter samples of their crops and compete to see who produces the best grassland. Above all, it is a reminder of how very important farming is to our area.
The show is held on the beautiful grounds of Penrice Castle Park, Reynoldston, by kind permission of the Methuen-Campbell family.
